"No conditions, no blackmail": Zambian party chief praises trade with China

"They (China) trade with you without conditions at all. There's literally no blackmail in the trade," secretary general of Zambia's ruling party hails China-Zambia trade relations, noting China's past gives it a deeper understanding of what it means to be suppressed.
